Coaching Points
As your crossover foot lands (after push 2), quickly “spring” off your toes for pushes 3 & 4. You are essentially running on your toes for the first 3-4 pushes.
Practice Plan
Perform each drill as many times as you need to feel comfortable. For some drills, this may just be a single 30-second rep. For others, it may mean performing it multiple times with a rest in between.
