I recommend consistent strength & conditioning training for youth athletes ages 10-18 who have goals to play at higher levels and who want to truly accelerate their development.
The Solution
Players will receive access to safe and guided workouts that can be performed at-home or in the gym. Players will have the option to select a bodyweight-only routine or a gym routine with weights and equipment.
Consistent strength & conditioning training off the ice will result in your player becoming faster, stronger on the puck, more agile and deceptive, and an overall better hockey athlete.
